Fabrication of steel poles are done from Hot rolled steel strips. This is the mail raw material. These steels are in a form of coil which is subjected to step be step production process and step by step quality checking. Other raw materials are welding electrodes, zinc, ammonium chloride etc.

Our factory is an ISO certified company, all raw materials are checked strictly before receiving, any raw material non compliance with Specification never accepted by our quality inspection team.

Quality assurance teams checks in this production line:

1. Longitudinal Shearing: Quality assurance team ensures tolerance +/- 1.0 % of semi-finished products at this stage.

2. Cross wise shearing: Quality assurance team ensures tolerance +/-0.2 % of semi-finished products at this stage.

3. Metal Pressing : Tolerance in this stage +/-0.1 mm

4. Welding: 100% of semi finished products are checked by visual inspection.

Quality assurance teams ensures quality of Galvanization as follows:

Galvanization of pole sections, Base plates, Bolts-Nuts are done following BS 729, 1971 standard.

Before galvanization surface preparation is checked and repaired if necessary. Heating of products are checked before galvanization.

After galvanization surfaces are checked and thickness is measured by ELCOMETER.

These checking are done by lot to lot.

Without acceptance of QA team, no products are passed.
